An existing 4 bedroom apartment located in the Knightsbridge conservation area of Westminster opposite Hyde Park as part of a much larger Grade II* Listed Regency period building was fully renovated and extended at basement level.
The project involved the complete refurbishment of existing apartment to a high specification.
Existing problems included: issues of damp/water ingress to existing basement caused by faulty roof coverings, water ingress from roof leaks from adjoining neighbours.

A further new extension at basement level formed a guest suite with decked terrace area above. Walk on rooflights (by Glazing Vision) bring natural light to the new basement extension.
A master suite including a luxury walk in wardrobe and ensuite was formed from existing reconfigured spaces.
