Our Story
Where. Why. When.
Sheldon Peever Studio was set up in 2015 by Christine Peever with the aim of delivering well designed buildings simply by listening to clients and delivering good quality solutions.
As a practice, we get excited seeing designs come to fruition and understand that delivering projects involves crafts and skills provided by a whole team of people. The process from an initial sketch on paper to the laying of the final brick is a collaborative effort. Which is why we’ve built up a strong network of consultants, suppliers and contractors whose expertise we bring to each project. This allows us to deliver high-quality buildings and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Our designs aren’t restricted to a certain style, palette or influence. What they share in common is a quality of cosiness and comfort that enhances our clients’ lives.

Meet the Team.
Christine Peever
With 20 years in the UK working on a diverse range of schemes from children’s centres, schools (PCP Programme) and bespoke private housing whilst at Cazenove Architects as well as larger master planning scheme at Timpson Manley Architects with projects ranging in size from £100K to £21M Christine has plenty of experience.
Kelly Wong
Kelly is an architect with over 20 years of working experience in the UK. Working with a number of RIBA award winning practices in the commercial, cultural, education, mixed-use, retail and residential sectors.
Irena Mavromati
She has extensive experience on major refurbishments and understands the complexities of working with existing building fabrics having been responsible for all stages of architectural work from inception to completion with client facing experience and also often undertaking site inspection.
Alan Hatch
Alan’s background is in high-end urban residential architecture delivery (20 years). After pursuing a design passion for the home and its role in wellbeing he has since established further career experience of 5+ years working exclusively for domestic clients. His projects are managed with the use of 3D software modelling to develop and convey design ideas and complete subsequent technical solutions.
