Measured Survey

Does your project require a survey?

Depending on the complexity of the property and site we may advice having an independent surveyor complete a measured survey of the property to produce accurate plans, sections and elevations.

Development options.

Understanding the current constraints of the property, site and brief and discussing your goal is our first step in the design process.

Design Development

Planning Consents

Detailed design and tender action.

Preparing the relevant drawings and information to submit a planning application for the design. Depending on the scheme we will advise on the type of application route. We may also need to bring in other specialist consultants to provide reports or drawings.

Building regulations & technical design.

Once planning permission has been granted we move onto preparing the technical drawings for building regulations approval. This is part of our Core package. Bring in a Structural Engineer and any other relevant specialist consultant to provide relevant information.

Building Regulations

On Site works

Detailed design and tender action.

Diving deeper into the technical design and nuts and bolts of the building. Collating all the information into a package of drawings and specifications which is then sent out for pricing to contractors. With the outcome being you’ll have a contractor booked in to complete the work.

On site works & adding value.

Regular site meetings between relevant parties occur to discuss any issues affecting the project from a cost, programme and design perspective. We believe design work isn’t complete until the placing of furniture – loose and fitted – has been designed into the room. Our joinery and interior design services offer just that.
