The semi detached property is located within the historical city of St Albans and is cited on a tight plot in an urban setting. Our client came to us with a house that had a number of issues that we needed to address in order to make it into their perfect family home.

The 1930’s semi detached property is located within the historical city of St Albans and is cited on a wide corner plot with amazing views from the rear of Bernard’s Heath. The house had been previously extended in a haphazard
fashion, but it was cold and poorly constructed.

The house is a locally listed semi detached Victorian house in the Harpenden conservation area. It had been unsympathetically extended creating a compromised kitchen and dining area,which was out of scale and proportion with the main house. It had low ceilings, was cold and very dark.

Our client approached us with a 3 bedroom house that had been untouched since the 1950s. The goal was to completely renovate the house to meet modern living standards while preserving the original features and character of the 1920s arts and crafts house.

We were commissioned to revamp and restructure a 1-bedroom apartment located in The Leamington Villas Conservation Area of Notting Hill. Our goal is to deliver a modern kitchen & living area, upgrade the current bathroom and kitchen fittings and finishes, and install new electrical and heating systems.

An existing 4 bedroom apartment located in the Knightsbridge conservation area of Westminster opposite Hyde Park. Part of a much larger Grade II* Listed Regency period building. The property was completely refurbished and extended at basement level.

We were commissioned to transform a poorly laid out, dark ground floor flat into a vibrant modern 2 bedroom flat located in the Victoria Park conservation area of Hackney.The addition of a small infill extension and some internal remodelling has brought life back into this space for homeowner and property journalist, Jo Knowsley.
