9154- St Albans
Sitting comfortably within one of St Albans’ finest conservation areas, Clarence Park, is, a locally listed Edwardian semi-detached property.Despite its charming exterior, the existing living arrangements were not working for the family of four.
The house is a locally listed semi detached Victorian house in the Harpenden conservation area. It had been unsympathetically extended creating a compromised kitchen and dining area,which was out of scale and proportion with the main house. It had low ceilings, was cold and very dark.
9145- St Albans
Our client approached us to transform their dark and disjointed basement space, comprising separate kitchen, dining and living areas, into a bright and inviting area that connects with their garden.
9135- St Albans
Our client approached us with a 3 bedroom house that had been untouched since the 1950s. The goal was to completely renovate the house to meet modern living standards while preserving the original features and character of the 1920s arts and crafts house.
9017 – Notting Hill
We have been commissioned to revamp and restructure a 1-bedroom apartment located in The Leamington Villas Conservation Area of Notting Hill. Our goal is to deliver a modern, open-plan kitchen-living area, upgrade the current bathroom and kitchen fittings and finishes, and install new electrical and heating systems.
9035 – Knightbridge
An existing 4 bedroom apartment located in the Knightsbridge conservation area of Westminster opposite Hyde Park as part of a much larger Grade II* Listed Regency period building.
9080 – Highgate
The newly designed flat now boasts a sizeable open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that provides an ideal space for hosting guests. In addition, the apartment features two double bedrooms, both with their own ensuite facilities.
9095 – Hackney
Our clients desired to convert their confined living quarters into a spacious, unified area with a more seamless connection to their garden. As the area was north-facing, introducing natural light and ventilation was a top priority.

Our project involved fulfilling our client’s wish to expand their existing kitchen into a larger kitchen/diner with a social space suitable for hosting family and friends. The property in question is a semi-detached Victorian house situated within the Harpenden conservation area and is locally listed.

Our task was to design a new 4 bedroom home for our client with an emphasis on energy efficiency by incorporating elements from Passivhaus standards. To achieve this, we focused on super insulation, integrating a heat recovery system, underfloor heating, and thermal mass

Our solution involved creating a balanced external appearance by replicating the existing 1st-floor roof form. We introduced French doors to the rear-facing bedrooms to maximize natural light and stunning views over the extensive garden and woodlands

We were asked to look at extending this unusual 1970s property in the historical conservation area of Stevenage. The existing house had been poorly extended in the past and our client was looking to reconfigure the layout to suit their family’s needs.

We were commissioned to transform a poorly laid out, dark ground floor flat into a vibrant modern 2 bedroom flat located in the Victoria Park conservation area of Hackney.The addition of a small infill extension and some internal remodelling has brought life back into this space for homeowner and property journalist, Jo Knowsley.

The brief was to extend the existing building to the side of the house which is currently a family room and create a large light and bright living and dining room with a contemporary feel, whilst respecting the scale of the existing listed cottage.
