Sitting comfortably within one of St Albans’ finest conservation areas, Clarence Park, is, a locally listed Edwardian semi-detached property.Despite its charming exterior, the existing living arrangements were not working for the family of four.

The house is a locally listed semi detached Victorian house in the Harpenden conservation area. It had been unsympathetically extended creating a compromised kitchen and dining area,which was out of scale and proportion with the main house. It had low ceilings, was cold and very dark.

We have been commissioned to revamp and restructure a 1-bedroom apartment located in The Leamington Villas Conservation Area of Notting Hill. Our goal is to deliver a modern, open-plan kitchen-living area, upgrade the current bathroom and kitchen fittings and finishes, and install new electrical and heating systems.
